Forcing Stronger Passwords
 

I can't find a plugin that already exists to do this with 3.8. I would like to require my users to have a password of at least N characters with at least 1 special character, 1 number, and 1 upper case character. Does such a plugin exist?

If not could someone tell me which files I should look at to write my own modification?

There's this mod: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=264515 It's for vb4 and I think it only checks length, but it might be a good starting point.
