Tabs and What not

I am trying to fgure out how i can make tabs like on this site. I like how it has Home, Forums, Articles, MOds, etc.. up top and each leads to another set of message boards. How can I do that on my 4.2.1 vb?

I cant find anything in the mods here.

Maybe you should have started on vb3 first..:)
