Question about skins
I notice when you install the xml for mods it installs some files into the skins/themes. If i install mods and set them up, then decide to install a skins later would that cause any issues?
right now i haven't chosen a theme to use and running off the default theme to do all the settings I did purchase a theme from completevb.com, but it doesn't work well with 4.2.1 and there support is terrible. might file for a refund soon. anyone have any recommendations on theme sites that are similar to completevb? |
bump for some help
|
completevb is the worst place you could get a skin. To your question no it does not matter
|
Thanks i wish i knew that before hand. 0 support since june 5...
Any recommendations on a place to buy a skin? |
why not use some of the free ones here, If you want to buy a skin what are you looking in one dark, light, flash etc etc
|
I liked the style of completevb. But obviously they have horrible support.
I'm running 4.2.1 I'm looking for a light skin but I'm willing to use a dark theme. |
Themeforest have some good skins, and they are quite reasonable, mine came with great instructions on installation and tips on how to modify it further.
|
digitalvb.com is good option.
|
Ill give them a try. Any other recommendations?
