new thread not allowed

suddenly why i can't allowed to make new thread in my forum it's show me below error

I'm not an expert in web server errors, but I think that one can be caused by a number of different permission problems. Maybe try checking the permissions on the file newthread.php and make sure they're the same as your other files.

same permission 644 but now it's works fine maybe when i add less 100 words thread works but when i made more then 100 works it's show me error
