Simple Chatroom

Hi guys, I'm looking for a simple chatroom which is cheap or free to use on my forum? Preferablly one which integrates with vb4 and gives the mods/admins capability to ban.

I have tried two chatrooms on here:

But neither seem to be working.

Can you recommend any for me please, thanks.
