Need Help Changing the Homepage
 

So, after many hours of searching and figuring out what's the difference between here vB.com LOL, I think that I'm in the right place.

Here's the situation:

I have a forum that my boss wants the homepage changed from this:

TimeKeeperForum

to something more dynamic...preferably a homepage with pictures that have embedded links that will take the user to different sections of the forum, like the Forums, Blog, Marketplace, etc.

Now, I know that this would probably require some custom coding...if anyone here knows of anyone that would be able to do it, or if you could briefly explain to me, at least to where to start looking (I am not a coder), I would greatly appreciate it.
