No graphics for my admincp

Hello. I just switched hosts to Go Daddy. I moved my root and my database via phpMyAdmin. Now whenever I go to my admin page it's just text only. Even after I log in everything is text with no graphics. I accidentally uploaded my entire upload folder with my old host and actually had to put /upload at the end of my site. I fixed that with my new host but I'm thinking that maybe there's a file somewhere that tells my admincp where to look for graphics and its still looking for a file or folder with /upload in it. Idk. Don't let that cloud what any of you were going to figure out. I just figured I'd share. Please let me know what you think.

Thanks

upload all default file again and run upgrade.php

I would switch back. GoDaddy is about the worst webhosting platform on the planet.

My other hosts were awesome programmers! My site was always down though so I switched to GoDaddy because I was looking for up time. I'm open to suggestions for hosts because I don't know anything about any of this lol. As for uploading my default files, would that cause any of the work I've done to my page to be lost?

GoDaddy is just a subpar webhost. Checkout bigger/better webhosts like www.asmallorange.com www.hostgator.com www.bluehost.com

Host Gator looks promising. Think I'm going to give them a shot.

I'm in the process of having Host Gator transfer my domain FOR me. Everything about them is geared toward the success of my site. They automatically include their nameserver info in my registration approved email, they use cpanel which is awesome, their up time is infinity... I'm loving life. You are very smart Zachery. Thanks man

vbulletin support figured out my prob. i had ssl certs with my old host consequently all of my pages began with https. i don't have ssl certs yet on my new host so i had to switch all of my pages to http. however AdminCP -> Settings -> Options -> Site Name / URL / Contact Details -> Core URL still had https at the beginning. switched that to http and my admincp now has graphics. thank all of you for your help.

yipeeeee.....
