Error with vBulletin
 
Hello,

When I try to visit a thread on my forum i get this error:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at [path]/global.php:2) in [path]/includes/functions.php on line 3161

the link I'm trying to visit is /showthread.php?goto=newpost&t=74

If you could help me that would be great.

disable your plugins, there's an issue with one of them (or some template edit you've done) that's causing the problem.

I've disabled the plugins, However it still errors. I've just re-placed the whole global.php with original one, that seems to have fixed it.

That wouldn't have fixed it (unless you edited it!) what will have happened is your server cache refreshed showing it fixed :)
