i know there is a mod somewhere ,i don't know how is called,
when you make a new tread post to add this:
[For Sale] or other word in the box in the title tread.

Thread Prefixes is what you are looking for

I believe this mod Thread Prefixes for vb.3xx

if you need it for vb4xx, you can just create it from the built-in property in vb4

he does not need a mod he can do it all from vb default options

admincp/Forums & Moderators/Forum Manager pick what forum you want to show it in edit then scroll it down till u find Require Threads to have a Prefix = Yes

then go to
admincp/Forums & Moderators/Thread Prefixes/Adding Prefix Set
