Help Config.php Error

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\rarezone.co.il\httpdocs\includes \config.php on line 119

this is my config line what a problem???

$config['SpecialUsers']['canpruneadminlog'] = '7,3';

That line is fine, whats before it?

Post your config.php. edit out your user, passwd & db name.
