Sounds like you are playing a lot of sounds files

the sounds are not hosted on my server .

Change hosts, they obviously can't cope with high server demand.

It's CPU usage your clocking high on, not bandwidth.

Bandwidth is the transfer of data, CPU usage is processing it.

can u recommend a better host ?

Do a Google search for reviews of any host you are thinking of using.

It could save you heartache in the future.
