vb.org Archive - Where is Who Read Thread?

The Who Read Thread list looks like it will be useful to us, at least at the admin/moderator level.

I had presumed that the information was in the threadread table, but when I looked at that table in my test installation it only had 5 entries while some of the test threads had up to 12 names in the WRT list.

Can someone tell me what is going on? I was planning to move the threadread data from my live site to the test site to see how it would show up, but now I don't think I know what is going on.
