Calendar widget that pulls from calendar data

I have seen a lot of complaining about the VB4 calendar widget for the CMS frontpage. The mini calendar that comes with CMS is for the articles and does not display entries that are from the calendar. It is very lame.

I am hoping that someone else has created a calendar widget for VB4s front page that pulls from the calendar. I have looked here and cannot find one.

Has anyone created a calendar for the front page that pulls data from the calendar and not the articles? I am very interested if anyone has.

Please help, thank you

This would be awesome if someone could do this. A Calendar Widget for the sidebar would be appreciated.

Try the paid requests sections, i don't think anyone will do this for free
