VPS - what are the difference

First of all -

useable to vbulletin - i have found the following:

OpenVS - KVM and Xen - which one is the better?

Opperating system:

debian, ubuntu or centos or... what is the difference and what is needed..

How much do i need?

2000 users on the forum, aprox 100 online at the same time, and 20-30 smaller webpages with static pages and low visitors..

Last which VPS host does you recomend that i use - I am located in Denmark. (Europe):D
