Is it possible to make the whole vB to a multilingual system? So that the language file and vB templates should be seperated into different files.

If there's a version control to both standard vB templates and its accompanied language files, the upgrade script might find the way to decide adding new code to the existing system, right?

BTW, where can I find a copy of Beyond Compare?
