Database errors
Ive contacted the hosts of my forum and opened a ticket concerning the database errors i have been receiving, they have ended up suggesting i contact someone on here about it,
I am getting the message below when i try to quote or reply to a thread, any help would be greatly appreciated. Database error in vBulletin 4.2.0: Invalid SQL: SELECT post.*, IF(post.userid = 0, post.username, user.username) AS username FROM post AS post LEFT JOIN user AS user ON (user.userid = post.userid) WHERE post.visible = 1 AND post.userid NOT IN (62.6.169.133) AND post.threadid = 9993 ORDER BY dateline DESC LIMIT 26; MySQL Error : You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '.169.133) AND post.threadid = 9993 ORDER BY dateline DESC LIMIT 26' at line 5 Error Number : 1064 Request Date : Thursday, April 25th 2013 @ 03:48:30 PM Error Date : Thursday, April 25th 2013 @ 03:48:31 PM Script : Referrer : IP Address : Username : Classname : vB_Database MySQL Version : 5.5.29-log |
This is the problem:
AND post.userid NOT IN (62.6.169.133) It looks like you put an IP address into the global ignore spot. Go to AdminCP > Settings > Options > user banning options > and check Global Ignore. That field should have userids separately by spaces there. (I think someone put the IP in there instead of the userid.) |
