Buildin Forumrunner issue

I have the known issue of IE10 and forumrunner (Enter key does not work in IE10).

I found the solution on this page:

Please help!
What, Where and How do I change the Forumrunner part of that threat?
Are they talking about a template? A file? How do I change the plugin???
