Server configuration
 
I am planning to host my vbulletin forums into a single dedicated server..

How many vbulletin forums can I host to this server (Lets say each forum has 100concurrent users):
E3-1230-V2 Ivy Bridge Xeon 3.3GHz, 8MB Cache + HT + Turbo
16GB RAM
Primary Hdd- 480GB Intel 520 Series SSD (or 600GB 15K RPM SAS)
Secondary Hdd- 1TB SATA

Looks like a hive server.....

You should be ok with multiple sites on that server, 10-15 would be no issue, but its more than the server, if the sites remain totally hack/addon free, you could easily run more than 10-15 as well with proper optimization, but there are many things to take into account as well on the forums, even the amount of searching per each site will have a impact on the sql server, i would suggest sphinx in that case for each heavily searched site.
