Move forum to new directory and have custom homepage
I tried moving my forum to a new directory called 'forum'. That worked no problem.
But before I moved it I had created this page: http://www.gamerperfection.com/gp.php. What i wanted to happen is for that page, once renamed to index.php to remain in the root of my site, i.e. outside of the 'forum' directory and become my homepage. But I believe that because I made the php page and created a template within my vbulletin style that it won't work because the gp.php (index.php) file is outside of the 'forum' folder. Is that right? If so how can I get around that? |
You should get a mod to move this to the coding forum, not a good location to get a response when its in the management forums.
I assume your at least calling global.php in the script, but you will need more than just that call to get it to work. https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=228112 |
