hello please can someone help me with this problem that will not let me change the avatar in any way or not since my profile admin any advice? thanks is vb.420

Since you just joined vbulletin.org. I am making a few assumptions.

Do you have your directory permissions setup correctly?
Can you upload other types of files?
Under the AdminCP -> Maintenance -> Diagnostics -> Upload (File Test). --- Did you run this?

Anyway, a starting point. :)

Is there anything in your error_logs (if you don't know where they are, ask your host)? Do you have safe_mod enabled on your server? Are avatars in the database or filesystem? Is it only avatars that have this problem or attachments also?
