CMS submenu vBulletin 4.2.0

Hello,

I'm looking for a way to have a drop down menu on cms like the one of the forum to insert the link to categories

I've found this:

How about just editing the template and adding them manually?

To find the template to modify, do this - vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Then go back to your page and view the source code and you will see the name of the template called around your part of the code. (Sometimes the template is the one mentioned at the very top of the page source.)

I just told you that you could edit the template directly and I told you how to find what template to edit.

I'm not understanding what you are saying. You were asking about menu dropdowns for the CMS, but now you are showing source code from the forumhome page. Are you saying that is the code you want to add?

Yes :)

a few days ago I've found a guide on the vbulletin site, for add an additional drop-down menu

This guide was complex because he spoke of id references and edit many templates and then it was for vbulletin 3 :(

You may copy it and paste it into the correct template, yes, but I don't think that template is vbcms_page (unless you are putting it somewhere other than the navbar area). Also, make sure the id tag is only used once on the page.
