Bot registration
 
Hello, bots are registering and opening new threads in my forum. I enabled captcha but they still pass it. Is there a plugin for stopping this?

You should use "Question and Answer" verification instead of captcha. There are also some mods that can help. A lot of people use GlowHost Spam-o-Matic: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=248042. There's also this one that I wrote: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=294633 and there are others that work the same way.

I think the xml file that ends in _ro.xml is a translation. If you still want to try that one, ignore the _ro xml file and download the .zip file, extract it, and follow the installation instructions (there are some files that need to be uploaded).
