[SOLVED] Avatars not showing, searched and tried everything
 

Our forum won't show avatars, but it will show profile pictures.

I've tried..

- updating folder permissions on images/avatars/thumbs, signaturepics, customavatars, customprofilepics

- ran "Rebuild Custom Avatar Thumbnails"

- ran "Rebuild Avatar Thumbnails"

- cleared system cache

- verified the avatars aren't even trying to be loaded using firebug to look for broken urls

- verified avatars are enabled in the settings

I'm out of ideas. Thoughts?

Figured it out! Even though the system was setup to allow avatars, there was a user group common to most people that had the uploads for avatars turned off. Didn't even have to clear the system cache and they all started to work again.
