Announcement Plugin I guess.
 
Greetings, I'm using 4.2.0 vbulletin. I've seen some vbulletin forums which are making their forum announcements great. I've posted a picture below, you see that they just posted their announcement to Forum category. And everyone is seeing it. How can I do that?

Isn't that just a standard Notice (with a youtube video in it)?

Well, I don't know actually. I've tried to do the same with Admin CP > Announcements, but IT's not like this.

Use Admincp > Notices > Add New Notice

Thank you, I'm using another language pack, they translated it so badly thats why I couldn't find it.

(You can always change the translation by going to Phrase Manager > Search for Phrases > enter the text > search > modify text > save :) )
