Installing VB4
 

I have not done this is 5 years so I'm a little fuzzy.
Got hosting, check.
Got domain names, check
FTP and CPanel working, check
Create database in cpanel, check
Edit config.php.new for DB info and save as config.php, check

Question is do I upload the upload folder or the contents of the upload folder? I know it goes in the public_html part. Jeeze it's been a while.

It depends, where would you like to have your forum? If in the root, i.e. www.yoursite.com then upload the contents of the upload folder inside the public_html folder. If instead you want to have your forum at another url, like say, www.yoursite.com/forum then upload the upload folder and then rename it to forum. Or rename it forum before uploading and then upload it. Whatever is best for you.

I think I'll go with option 1, contents of upload folder in the public_html folder.
