need help : Invalid argument supplied at maincss page

hi i found this message :

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in [path]/adminpanel/css.php on line 451

whats the problem? yesterday i put the code at additional.css,and now after remove the css code at additional.css its nothing happen,still get this warning message :

Ignore the MainCSS page as it does absolutely nothing. It needs to be removed.

additional.css is a template. It has absolutely nothing to do with the Style Manager > Main CSS page. Nothing in vB4 has anything to do with the Main CSS page - it is non-functional in vB4.

You shouldn't do anything except stay away from that page. There is no reason to ever go to that page. That page does nothing for you. It simply hasn't been removed yet from the software.
