Area for Translations?

Hi there,

What I do miss on this page is an own forum for Hack Translations.
I did a lot of translations yet and provided them on different pages (vbulletin-germany.org, dragonbyte-tech.com) and even vbulletin.org, but they often get lost or there are user, that only download their hacks from vbulletin.org.

It would be great if there is an translation area on vbulletin.org, where all translators can provide their works - with links from and to the original hack.
And of course it also could be a marketplace for user or even coder to ask for translations of (their) products. A user status "Translator - Language" would be smooth as well :)

Like this idea? :)

Translations need to be submitted over on vbulletin.com . We do not have any translations on this site.

Translations for individual products may be submitted in the thread *if the developer says Translations are Allowed*

Yes, I sometimes provide my translations in the thread, but they disappear in there.
I try to meet this issue with asking the coders to put in a link to my translations into their hack descriptions.

I thought it would be great to have an own category for all translations so the people can at first sight realize if translations for a special hack are available or not.

Is there a special reason for you, why you don't want to implement such a feature? :(

I know that when a user posts a translation in any of my modification threads, I then post it into the first post so users can easily find it. If your translations are disappearing, it could be because the author doesn't allow translations and has had it removed from the thread.

Mh no that's not the issue. They disappear in the whole of other posts in the thread. But I supppose there are insufficient translators active on vbulletin.org :(
