Notify admin via email on paid subscription expiration?
 

I don't think this is built into vB unfortunately, but does anyone know if there's a mod here for it? Or is there a way to set something up?

We have paid subscriptions on our forum and each member as part of their subscription gets their own sub-forum. We have to set these up manually. Naturally, if they choose not to renew, we have to manually remove access to these sub-forums. In order for this to happen, admins would like a way to easily keep track of the expiring paid subscriptions.

vB emails the actual subscriber to notify them of their upcoming expiration date, but is there a way to send this notice to admin as well? Is there another method that could notify an admin?
