ips trying to access non-existing files
 
Hi,

I today saw sudden increase in user online, I decided to check who is online list and found lots of IPs trying to access non-existing files on my server, they were making following request:

/html/344460/WyPIjk/645.html
/html/330727/TXDrAq/637.html
/html/252371/TYWDRn/641.html
/html/281405/oPuPvT/645.html
/html/307043/LsMpNs/628.html

There are no such files and also I don' t think my server was ever compromised.. all Ips are chinese 90% ..

Any views ?

Yes, take my approach.

First, I have NO REASON to do business with anyone from China. Thus, I have blocked all chinese IP space from my servers. You can get an updated IP list from here and load it into your IPtables configuration and viola... no more chinaspam :)
