remove links from navbar?

I want to remove links like FAQ forum home and others form the second navbar that is below the top navbar but cant find a way

I know how to do that on first navbar not second

please help :)

This exact question was just asked the other day - please make sure you search for the answers before asking them again.

Navigation Manager > click to expand Forum > uncheck next to FAQ
