How to get rid of unwanted words from url

Is there any option and MOD available to get rid of unwanted words from URL (to, my, a, on, the etc)

Example:
http://www.talkinwebforum.com/thread...lar-On-YouTube

Convert to :

http://www.talkinwebforum.com/thread...opular-YouTube

Not unless you have vbseo.

I don't like vbseo i want alternative.

There are 2 or 3 options in vbulletin 4, standard, fancy urls and a mix in between if I remember correctly.

There is no option for what you're asking for.
