Forum Languages Options

Hi

Isn't it nice to have "Forum Languages Options" to specify the forum language! (when you add/edit a forum/category)

Let say your forums is in English but you want to have one forum for French support, So this hack idea is to let your users see the French forum in French language interface and the rest in English. :D
