problem in Edit Forum Permissions (Access Masks)

I have some problem in Edit Forum Permissions (Access Masks) for users . when i want to give some access to any users , see this error : Invalid User Specified and i cant save it. please help me how fix this problem?

i´ve the same problem, i cant edit some user

when i try to edit the mask access, this message appears "Invalid User Specified"

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

Please disable vbseo via it's control panel and also remove the .htaccess file for it. Then see if you still have the same problem.
