Question about Infractions config
 

Hello guys,

Maybe someone can help me...
I never used the infractions system in my board, but today I did the configuration to use It.
But after I test with a test user, I notice that, after the user got banned with excessive points, the board automatically moved him to the banned group. Everything is fine here!
But after I reverted the points, I notice that the points is empty now but he still continues in the banned group.

Is this a bug? What I did wrong?

I'm not 100% sure, but I think the unbanning is done by the "Infractions Cleanup" scheduled task, so you probably need to wait for that to run (or run it manually from the Scheduled Task manager).

Correct kh99, I use the infractions feature and that is how it works for me at least ...
