Time in Usergroup
Hello all. I have a small problem I'd love your help with!
We move inactive members to a specific usergroup, let's call it "Inactive". These members must request to get out of the group. If they don't within 30 days, we want to prune their accounts. Currently, we can only prune accounts that are simply inactive for 60 days easily. Is there any way to store the date when they are moved into the "Inactive" usergroup and automatically remove them after 30 days in that group? Thanks! |
Bumping this to see if anyone knows how or if I am on the right track and can give me some pointers, but I'm thinknig of adding a plugin that operates every time there is a usergroup change and saving the date of the change to either a hidden profile field or a hidden field in the user table and then scheduling an automated task to check users in my "inactive group" and purge anyone whose last usergroup change was 30 days ago. Does this sound solid? If so can someone maybe help me get started?
