Change background color of text input boxes

I was wondering if someone could help me change the background color from to to dark.
It's probably something I could add to css-additional.css but I dont know.

Basically I want to change the default input box background, it's messing with custom style I'm making. Current style is dark so I use white font and the input box is also white so I think you know where Im getting at.

I need to change both non-active before clicking and after clicking. You can see in the images.
I asked for help over at vbulletin .com but know has gotten back. Thanks in advanced!
