Problem with languages
 
Hello!!
i have installed Arabic languages for my website "vb42".
so after that i had another problem that we can't write Spanish,it show the accent "?" as encrypted code....

You need to have Spanish languages installed as well.

it's still not working!!
we have deleted languages! expect English !!
after that we installed Spanish language but sitll the same problem
i hope that you can help us!!
