Change Guest Welcome text ?

I want to change the wording of the guest welcome text and make it a bit more friendly, according to firebug its called navbar_notice_1 but I can't seem to find it anywhere

The vB admin panel is one of the most weirdly organized portals I've ever seen :)

I know this is a bit off topic, however I shall recount the tale.

A new member just happened to remark that the welcome guest please register text isn't that.... welcoming, and suggested I change it to some thing a little more friendly like "join us" "register" he reckoned sounded too official, and if money needed to change hands, so I spent a good couple of hours looking for the template to alter it !

Anyway this is what I've altered it to :

It's got a thumbs up from the members as being much more friendly, maybe you should look at yours too, the default is ...... rhymes with "wrap"
