Block usergroups from PMing a certain user/usergroup

Is there a mod that'll allow me to block users (and/or usergroups) from sending messages to certain users (and/or usergroups).

Example: I'm Owner, I don't want Members or Donators to be able to message me, but I want other admins to be able to.

Help appreciated!
