Cannot Edit Posts on vB4.2

I have turned off plug-ins completely and kept them on -- noticed that this problem occurred close to when I installed the downloadable patches.

Anyone know how to fix this problem?

Any other changes on the server - like PHP/PCRE upgrade - what version of PCRE are you running?

Try downloading the whole 4.2.0PL3 package and upload all those default files. Then run upgrade.php.
