Adjusting Meta-data for Facebook Opengraph

I've been reading several threads on this site and tested a few options to adjust the Facebook Opengraph Metadata (title and text displayed on facebook from thread urls) and I haven't found one that works yet. I have Vb4. Anyone have a solid working solution? Thanks :)
