'Thank You' Hack for 4.x
 
Am I the only one having a problem installing the 'thank you button' hack for vbulletin 4.x? I downloaded from the thread that everyone keeps referring me to:

But I need to know exactly where to install it. When I think I've uploaded it, I get a message saying "file not found."

How do you install the Post Thank You hack?
