[REQ] prevent account sharing - prevent multi user from using the same account

Hi all ,

I want an modification to prevent many user from using the same account
that because I have VIP section , and some vip member share them account to the other member that can't access this section

i want modification do that :
1- prevent multi login for one account from many user
2- block the main account that already shared by others
3- received email to admin with login details and IP

my forum version 4.2.0 PL2

Im willing to do this. If you want you can be a proactive tester as i start on this project. It sounds like a good mod idea.
