Wording and grammar in menu's

I'm finding some of the wording and grammar in the options of some MODS to be a bit confusing eg:

In the Reputation settings we have this :

Heading

"Enable New Reputation Comments Notification"
then
Turns the notification of new reputation comments on or off. yes/no

Are you answering the the statement in the heading, or the explanation in the description ?

All a little confusing

Or am I just being a bit pedantic ?
