thread prefix

I am running on vbulletin v4.2 patch 3 and I would like to know if anyone knows of a good
thread prefix.. I was using this a few years ago on v3.8 and it was perfect.. https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=123033

Thread prefixes are a built-in feature. Look for the "Thread Prefix" menu on the left in the admincp (unless that doesn't work for you - maybe I misunderstood the question).
