Ebay listing in VB page

Hello I have seen this: http://www.canonistas.com/index.php?...bay-fotografia

Is a eBay listing in a VB page, but this listing has a condition, only the ebay users that are creating an auction in eBay and put in the item description field (in this forum: canonistas) will be show in this VB page.

Is very usefull, in think is by ebay partnet program, but I cannot find how.
