How to Change Background color of default navtabar vB4.2.0 Style

How to Change Background color of default nav tabar vB4.2.0 Style. I want to change this to black.

go to your admincp and Styles & Templates and Style Variable Editor and navbar_tab_background StyleVar, then you can edit it there.

I tried to do that but when clicking on style variable editor page redirecting back to same page.
