Change forum title color on new post

I'm wondering if this has been done before and if it hasent if anyone knows how to do it.

Instead of using the New Post / Old Post icons next to the forum title I want to remove those and make the text color of the forum title change instead.

So for example:

General (No new post)

General (New Post)
