Displaying usergroup user title above avatar and custom user title below avatar

Searching around helped me find this to put into postbit_legacy: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=268265

However, I'm stuck since the usergroup displays under the avatar if the user doesn't have a custom title.

I know this is really simple, but I'm having a brain fart :(

Why don't delete all User Titles in User Title Manager if you wanna users to have Custom titles only?

I want them to have both. I want the usergroup user title to appear above the avatar and the custom user title to appear below the avatar.

I got done making this into a mod last night, the forums here had a database issue so i've been giving them time to sort things out as peoples posts have been lost.
