How can I make a default FONT name and size in quick and full reply box?

Dear All,
VB 4.1.11
How Can I make a default FONT name and size in quick and full reply box?
I want when any one reply through the quick reply box by default to use font Ariel and size 4, unless he change them according to his choice, and also to make it Align center, since in quick reply box there is no Align options
